What is TRANQUILITY TINCTURE®?
TRANQUILITY is a cannabis based medicine containing 50% delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and 50% Cannabidiol (CBD), the principal active components of Cannabis sativa.

What is TRANQUILITY used for?
TRANQUILITY is used for patients seeking relief of pain, both acute and chronic, who desire mild psycho-activity.
How does TRANQUILITY work?
TRANQUILITY acts via cannabinoid receptors distributed throughout the central nervous system and in immune cells.
TRANQUILITY contains Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiol (CBD) extracts of Cannabis sativa L. plants. Anti-inflammation and memory release are the mechanisms that relieve pain.
TRANQUILITY is mildly psychoactive.
What do patients need to know about using TRANQUILITY?
Start with a low dose and adjust gradually to balance pain control with THC’s psycho-active effect.
THC is known to alter mood, decrease cognitive performances and memory, decrease ability to control impulses, and alter perception of time reality.
Do not drive while consuming TRANQUILITY. Ability to make sound judgment and perform complicated tasks as well as physical coordination may be affected. Patients should inform their physician if they are taking other drugs.
What are the side effects and how serious are they?
Dry mouth may occur. Some individuals may experience symptoms of cannabinoid intoxication, including dizziness, feeling drunk, disturbance in attention, somnolence, disorientation, dissociation and euphoria. Fainting episodes have been reported. Some experience diarrhea.
Do not consume alcohol with this drug. Patients should report all symptoms and adverse reactions to their doctor.

• people with significant hepatic or renal impairment
• patients with serious cardiovascular disease, such as ischemic heart disease, arrhythmias, poorly controlled hypertension or severe heart failure
• patients with a history of schizophrenia or any other psychotic disorder
• children under 18 years of age

• pregnant or nursing women
How is TRANQUILITY taken?
TRANQUILITY is an oral solution administered as a sublingual spray or by dropper. The spray or drops are directed under the tongue or inside the cheeks.
What else should patients know about taking TRANQUILITY?
Patients should be aware that TRANQUILITY contains alcohol. Combining TRANQUILITY and alcoholic beverages is not recommended.
